Lean Scrum Global is committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance, proportionate to the nature and scale of our operations as an online training and consulting business.

This policy applies to all Lean Scrum Global activities, including employees, associates, contractors and suppliers where relevant.

  • Comply with applicable environmental legislation and relevant standards.

  • Reduce emissions associated with travel by prioritising remote delivery and virtual meetings.

  • Use digital-first delivery (e.g., electronic course materials) to minimise printing and physical waste.

  • Choose suppliers and partners who demonstrate responsible environmental practices where feasible.

  • Encourage responsible energy use in our working environments (home offices and any hired venues).

  • Review our environmental practices periodically and set practical improvement actions.

Practical measures
  • Default to digital course packs and e-certificates.

  • Print only when necessary and use double-sided printing and recycled paper where possible.

  • Prefer venues with clear sustainability practices when in-person delivery is required.

  • Consolidate travel and choose lower-impact options where practical.
